• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must be at least 18 to buy, send, earn or withdraw ToriCoins, and to take part in Tori Games staked contests.
• You may not use Torihub if you are banned from it or if local law prohibits your use.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

You choose your own handle. Handles that impersonate other people, brands or officials, or that are offensive or reserved, may be reset or removed. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

Torihub is pseudonymous by design, and some posts can be published anonymously with anonymous replies. Anonymity is not a shield: the same rules apply to anonymous content, and we can remove it, suspend the account behind it, and disclose account records where the law requires it.

• No unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate speech or incitement.
• No nudity, sexual content or gore. Images are automatically screened before publishing.
• No naming or accusing people of crimes or misconduct without verified evidence — defamation and false information lead to removal and bans.
• No doxxing: do not publish someone's phone number, address, ID or private data without their consent.
• No scams, fake sales, pyramid schemes, spam, bulk automation or scraping.
• No impersonation of people, businesses, moderators or Torihub staff.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the platform's security, moderation or payment systems.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Torihub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute your content inside the app so it can be shown to other users. This licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or where required for legal or safety reasons.

• Only verified vendors may publish listings for sale. Verification requires identity information reviewed by our team.
• Torihub is not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers deal directly and are responsible for their transactions, delivery and taxes.
• Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, live animals, stolen property, adult services and anything unlawful.

• 1 XAF = 1 ToriCoin. ToriCoins are a prepaid in-app balance, not legal tender, not a deposit and not an investment.
• When someone Hypes you, 85% of the coins go to you and 15% is the platform service fee.
• Withdrawals are made to Mobile Money, subject to a minimum of 5,000 ToriCoins and successful identity/number checks.
• Purchased coins are non-refundable once spent. Balances may be frozen while we investigate fraud, chargebacks or rule breaches.

Tori Games are skill contests between users, not gambling. Torihub does not act as a house or bookmaker and does not offer games of chance for money. See the Tori Games & Skill Contests page for the full disclosure.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the community guidelines, or where required by law. Serious cases (child safety, threats of violence, fraud) result in immediate permanent bans. You can appeal any action through the Support hub. You may delete your account at any time.

Torihub relies on third parties for hosting, payments (Mobile Money via our payment provider), push notifications and automated content screening. Their availability and terms can affect the service.

Torihub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that user-generated content is accurate, lawful or safe. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the ToriCoin value you have paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
