• 1 XAF = 1 ToriCoin. Coins are a prepaid credit for use inside Torihub only.
• Coins are not money, not a deposit, not e-money issued by a bank, and pay no interest.
• Coins cannot be transferred as a standalone balance; they move only through app features (Hype, boosts, game stakes, payouts).

Top-ups are made by Mobile Money through our payment provider. Your balance updates once the provider confirms the payment; confirmation is usually instant but can take a few minutes. Provider or network fees may apply on their side.

When you Hype someone, the recipient receives 85% of the coins and Torihub retains 15% as the platform service fee. Hype is a voluntary gift and is final once sent.

• Minimum withdrawal: 5,000 ToriCoins.
• Only earned coins (Hype received, game winnings) can be withdrawn. Purchased coins are for spending in the app.
• Payouts go to the Mobile Money number on your wallet, which must belong to you.
• Requests are processed automatically and normally settle within 24 hours; some are held for manual review.
• Failed payouts are returned to your balance and can be requested again with corrected details.

• Unspent purchased coins can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up if you have not used them — contact support with the transaction reference.
• Spent coins (Hype sent, boosts bought, stakes entered) are non-refundable.
• If you were charged and no coins arrived, we refund or credit in full after verifying with the payment provider.
• Duplicate charges are always refunded.

We may freeze a balance or a payout while investigating fraud, chargebacks, collusion or rule breaches. Coins obtained through fraud are removed. If your account is closed for rule breaches, purchased coins that remain unspent can still be refunded; fraudulently obtained coins cannot.
